Out-of-pocket expenses can vary from different insurance companies or claims. Typical short pays could include labor rates, labor procedures, or parts pricing. This will all be discussed in the repair planning with an estimator.
Yes, you have the legal right to choose your repair facility. Your insurance company may "recommend preferred" shops with which they have contracts signed with. You are NOT required to go with them.
Your insurance policy contains important information about your claim. Rental coverage, deductible, OEM parts coverage, and any limitations in your policy. If you need help reviewing your policy, ask one of our stimators!
We prefer to use all OEM parts. Aftermarket, or "Replica crash parts," often do not meet standards or have not been crash tested. Salvage or "used" parts fall into the same category. Your insurance policy dictates which parts will be paid for, and if there could beany out of pocket expense.
Insurance companies will often recommend specific shops, push for cheaper parts, or downplay necessary repairs. We work for our clients, NOT the insurance company, to ensure your vehicle is safely and properly repaired.
We love our customers, so feel free to visit during normal business hours.
